1 ball of pizza dough (recipe follows) or one 10 oz. package of refrigerated pizza crust
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small onion, sliced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
